Mary Licata

Mary began her real estate career in 2007, joining
Turpin in 2010. She has been immersed in the world
of real estate for over 25 years through her affiliation
with Classic Country Homes, a custom home
building business she co-owned with her husband.
Clients and co-workers describe Mary’s professional
style as patient, hard-working and detail-oriented.
She listens carefully to the needs of her buyers
and sellers, and brings a positive attitude to every
transaction.
Mary is highly trained in many areas of real estate to
best serve her clients. Mary has attained the following designations: SRS
(Seller Representative Specialist), ABR(Accredited Buyer Representative), e-Pro certification for Internet professionalism,
and GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute).
Mary has earned membership in the President’s Club in 2013 - 2019, Top Producer - Units 2016 - 2017, and NJ Realtors® Circle of Excellence® Sales Award® 2015 - 2017, 2019.
